7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Platform Owner be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, whether arising in contract, negligence, or otherwise.

The total liability of the Platform Owner for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services giving rise to such claim or INR 100 (Rupees One Hundred), whichever is lower.

8. Force Majeure

The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations under these Terms if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, government restrictions, or system failures.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in (Patna Bihar).
